Avidity Volleyball Club hosts club level teams at the 12s, 13s, 14s and 15s levels.  Our club level program is designed to train our athletes on all parts of the volleyball game.   The  focus of club level practices will include skill instruction, position-specific training, and team offensive and defensive systems.   

Avidity Club Level tryouts occur in the fall.  Our season begins in late November and  runs through the beginning of May.  Club level teams have a roster of 10-12 athletes per team.  Each team is staffed by a highly qualified  coaching staff.  Practice time includes both individual skill work in players' position, and team practices.

• Club level teams practice twice a week.  This comes out to over 60 hours of practice time!
• Optional 2-3 strength and conditioning classes per week 
• Participation in the AAU Champions League and/or NERVA series
• Travel to tournaments (most all within 1.5 hrs) is at the responsibility of the athlete's family
• 6 - 8 days of competition across the season.  This can include weekend and single-day events.

The cost to play for our club teams is between $1,400-$2,200.

• Team jersey - top and spandex
• Avidity T-shirt and 1/4 zip
• All tournament and gym fees
• Coaching Staff - head & assistant
• 2-3 strength and conditioning classes per week 
• AAU Membership
