Developmental program for girls in grades 3-8 

Avidity Futures is our foundational volleyball training program for girls in grades 3–8. Whether your athlete is brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills ahead of club tryouts, Futures is the perfect place to train, grow, and have fun.

Designed for beginners and developing players, Futures emphasizes core volleyball skills such as passing, setting, attacking, serving, and team defense through a mix of engaging drills and team play, all in a fun and supportive environment.

For newer athletes, we’ll introduce the fundamentals of the game and help them build a strong foundation. For more experienced players, we’ll focus on refining skills and boosting confidence through competitive, game-like situations that simulate the pace and intensity of club volleyball.

Futures meets once per week and runs in seasonal sessions year-round.
