National Program

Elite training and competition for athletes with collegiate aspirations

The Avidity National Program is built for our most competitive and committed athletes—those with the skill, drive, and ambition to play at the collegiate level. This high-performance program provides an intense, structured training environment focused on advanced skill development, tactical systems, and mental preparation for elite-level play.

National teams practice three times per week, including one session dedicated to position-specific and skill-focused training. Athletes also participate in a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to support performance, injury prevention, and overall athletic development.

Teams compete in 20–24 days of competition throughout the season, including both multi-day tournaments and single-day events in and out of the New England area. This includes participation in 2–3 national qualifying tournaments, giving athletes valuable experience on the national stage. National tournament options include events such as Boston, Capitol Hill (DC), Big South (Atlanta), St. Louis, and Lone Star (Austin)
