Avidity's Regional program is designed for the elite level volleyball player.     Avidity hosts regional teams at the 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s and 18s age levels.  Athletes will be exposed to the highest level instruction by our qualified coaching staff and the most competitive competition as they compete in New England's top tournaments.   

Regional teams carry a roster of ​11 athletes per team.  Each team is staffed by a highly qualified coaching staff.  Practice time is centered upon position-specific training in addition to team-centered work.

Tryouts for 18s, 17s and 16s regional teams will take place in the summer.  Tryouts for 15s, 14s, 13s and 12s regional teams will take place in the fall.  

• Regional teams practice twice a week.
• Two strength and conditioning classes per week in addition to practice  
• Participation in 18-24 days of competition across the season.   This includes weekend and single-day events.
• Participation in  tournaments such as:

  • Rhode Island Rumble
  • Great Nor'Easter 
  • North Atlantic Championships
  • AAU May Challenge 
  • 5 AAU Champions League Competition Dates
