Developmental Programs

 

Futures

Our Futures Program is designed for girls in grades 4 through 8 who are new to volleyball or looking to build a strong foundation. Athletes develop core skills like passing, setting, serving, offense, and defense, all in a fun, supportive environment that encourages growth and confidence.  Futures teams practice once a week, and no tryouts are required to join.

Rise 

Rise is for girls in grades 6–8 who have completed at least a session of our Futures program and want to take the next step. Athletes practice once a week and compete on small teams against other local developmental programs. No tryouts required—just a love for the game and a desire to grow.  Our Rise program takes place during Session 2 of Winter Futures.

 

Club Team Programs

 

Regional Teams

Our Regional Program is designed for committed volleyball athletes in the 11s through 18s age groups who are ready to train and compete at a high level in the New England area.   Regional teams typically compete in 7 to 12 tournaments throughout New England, with top teams attending additional or more competitive events. 

Teams practice twice a week and practices emphasize competitive play, advanced skill refinement, strength-building, and game awareness. The goal of the Regional Program is to challenge players, support their growth, and elevate their performance on the court.

 

Northeast Teams

The Northeast Program builds on the foundation of the Regional Program and is tailored for 17s and 18s athletes aiming to compete at the collegiate level. This program focuses on advanced positional training to enhance players’ versatility and deepen their understanding of the game. Athletes in the Northeast Program are challenged to elevate their performance and prepare for competition at the highest level, both regionally and nationally. Practices are held twice a week to support this level of development and competitiveness.

 

National Teams

Our National Program is designed for our most competitive athletes in the 15s through 18s age groups who are pursuing high-level volleyball with the goal of playing in college. This program offers a high-performance training environment focused on advanced skill development, high-level systems, and sustained competitive intensity.

National teams practice three times per week, with sessions dedicated to technical precision, strategic execution, and mental toughness. The program prepares athletes to compete at the highest levels of club volleyball and beyond.
